Ally’s staff are seasoned affordable housing and community development professionals.
We have over 28 years of nonprofit housing and public facility development experience. Our unique attributes include our versatility, collaborative working style and creativity in how we approach new development challenges. The common thread in all of our projects is our commitment to listening to clients and developing housing that reflects their needs and those of their communities. Philippa
Philippa Nye has been developing housing and community facilities in Washington State for the past twenty eight years. She has been instrumental in the development of 1,158 housing units and six community facilities. She is particularly skilled at leading community engagement processes, financial modeling and deal structuring, and securing often complex financing packages for projects. She has either worked or consulted for nearly all of the area’s largest affordable housing developers, including Catholic Housing Services, the Low Income Housing Institute, Common Ground (now Bellwether Housing), Downtown Emergency Service Center, and Solid Ground.
