Shelton Veterans Village
Ally and GS Consulting provided full development services for the Shelton Veterans Village, a permanent supportive housing project for 30 veterans. It is the third of Quixote Communities’ tiny house villages for people experiencing homelessness. In this project, efficient units with bedrooms and baths surround a community building with cooking and dining areas, as well as staff and case management offices and gathering space for residents. The land was leased by the City of Shelton.
