Patricia K. and Jackson Heights
Patricia K. Apartments provides affordable, permanent supportive housing to 52 people with mental illnesses. It was developed alongside Jackson Heights, a 74 unit project for low wage workers and families, at the corner of 23rd Avenue and S. Jackson Street in Seattle. The projects were completed in 2020. Ally also assisted with tenant improvements at Jackson Heights to enable a legacy business, Catfish Corner, to return to the Central District, and for A 4 Apple Learning Center to expand to provide child care for 50 children.
