Youngstown Cultural Arts Center in Seattle, Washington includes 36 live‐work lofts for low income artists and a cultural center housing organizations which provide arts programs for low income youth. The cultural center also includes a theater, recording studio, dance space and computer design lab. The 1917 former elementary school is on the National Register of Historic Places.
